China's First Electronic Seal Management and Service Platform Sub-Center Established in Shenzhen.

On September 21st, the Shenzhen Sub-center of the National Electronic Seal Management and Service Platform officially launched. This is the first sub-center in China and the only one in the Guangdong-Macao-Hong Kong Greater Bay Area. It serves as a vital bridgehead for the nationwide promotion and application of "Physical and Electronic Seals Sharing the Same Origin" electronic seal technology.

The Shenzhen branch of the National Electronic Seal Management and Service Platform is guided by the Third Research Institute of the Ministry of Public Security and constructed and operated by Shenzhen Esignaturechain Technology Co., Ltd. The establishment of the branch will provide unified authoritative filing, query, verification and other support services for electronic seal users across the country, and realize the service capabilities of electronic seal interconnection, mutual trust and recognition, and cross-provincial handling.

It is understood that the National Electronic Seal Management and Service Platform was built by the Third Research Institute of the Ministry of Public Security based on the major pilot project of digital economy of the National Development and Reform Commission. It has formed a basic database for national electronic seal management and an integrated electronic seal issuance system with "Physical and Electronic Seals Sharing the Same Origin". It can provide electronic seal query, comparison, verification and filing services for various market entities, and provide basic trust support for various businesses such as e-government, e-commerce, and Internet services.
