On the occasion of the upcoming Spring Festival, Mr. Shen Yuanbiao, head of the National Electronic Seal Management and Service Platform Branch (Shenzhen) and rotating chairman of the Shenzhen Care Action Public Welfare Foundation and Veterans Care Fund, delivered Snake Year condolences and New Year's blessings to the homes of veterans' representatives at the veterans' sub-venue of the 22nd "Love New Year's Eve Dinner" distribution event.
