Electronic personal seals, also known as individual electronic seals, specifically refer to individual electronic seals with legal effect.The basic requirements for individual electronic seals with legal effect include:

(2) Achieve information filing of electronic seals.

(3) Be able to confirm the operation and willingness of the individual themselves.
